I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and had to pay a $20 copay before the visit. Then, when I checked out the receptionist asked for more money. I was in a hurry and paid it. Now, I'm wondering why...
Two Copays for one Visit?
Can a doctor's office legally charge you two copays for one visit? I recently went to the doctor's office and they collected two copays from me. She said it was due to the lab work I had done.
