Physical Therapy bills

I took my daughter for physical therapy for her shoulder. The PT charges me for 15 minute increments, which was never explained to me before the therapy began. How best to challenge the bill to have it reduced? Thanks.

I’m not sure why you’re disputing the bill. Is it due to the fact the therapist billed every 15 minutes? Do you have insurance? If so, have it billed to the insurance and they will more than likely adjust it to their contracted rate.
Otherwise, my recommendation is to talk to the therapy center about your concerns with the bill and negotiate a rate that you feel is fair. Research insurance rates to determine if they have less expensive rates. Use that as your goal for how much you want to pay. Keep in mind, they may not negotiate.
Fact is, you must pay for a service that you receive.
